Job summary

Velox Valuations Piedmont is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join our dedicated team in Durham and surrounding counties. You will provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology, while enjoying flexible scheduling, assignment selection, and the freedom to set your own production goals.

As part of Velox Valuations, you’ll receive bi-weekly pay, potential monthly incentives, and access to support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license and current certification status.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appraisals.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail when documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional residential appraisal services using Velox valuations’ technology.
• Complete property inspections and accurate reporting for assignments.
• Set your own schedule, select assignments, and manage production goals.
• Collaborate with the franchise team and maintain client relationships you already serve.
