You’ll provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ advanced technology, set your own schedules, choose assignments, and align production goals with client needs.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Capable of modern collaborative valuations.
• Strong time management and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to complete physical property inspections and meet monthly production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology.
• Manage schedules, assignments, and production goals.
• Maintain client relationships and solicit new work as needed.
