Velox Valuations Raleigh is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its team in Wake County, NC. You will provide top-notch residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ advanced technology while enjoying flexible scheduling, assignment selection, and autonomy to meet production goals.

The role offers bi-weekly pay, monthly incentive opportunities, retirement options, and benefits like PTO, travel/phone allowances, and expense reimbursement.

Qualifications

Active Certified Residential Appraiser
Proficient in modern collaborative valuations
Strong time management and results-driven
Excellent communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology
Set schedules, choose assignments, and manage production goals
Complete property inspections and prepare appraisal reports
