Velox Valuations Piedmont is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology, set your own schedules, choose assignments, and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser with current status.
• Familiar with modern collaborative valuations.
• Efficient time management and results-driven.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Geographic competency in Forsyth and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential appraisal services using Velox technology.
• Set schedules, select assignments, and meet production goals.
• Complete property inspections as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and confidentiality.
• Adhere to applicable appraisal standards and guidelines.
