Job summary

Outlaw Trucking Group is seeking motivated independent recruiters to place CDL drivers with trucking companies nationwide. This remote, contractor position offers income based on results and unlimited earning potential.

You will recruit across the U.S., using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Earn commissions for drivers hired and dispatched, with no cap on earnings, and set your own schedule while building your recruiting business.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided.
