Aufgaben

• Represent clients in court hearings and civil litigation matters.
• Review, sign, and file pleadings, motions, and other attorney-authorized documents.
• Manage litigation matters in compliance with California rules.
• Review discovery, assess case information, and determine legal actions.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and file legal documents and meet filing deadlines.
• Communicate progress with Managing Attorney and clients.
• Conduct legal research and assess potential outcomes.
