Job summary

On The Spot Mobile Detailing in Maryland is seeking entry‑level team members for auto detailing. We provide paid training, a company vehicle, tools, equipment, and all products you need to start. Year‑round work and health and dental benefits help you plan ahead.

This role rewards responsibility and independence: you’ll learn detailing techniques, work with customers, and deliver visible results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in trades, warehouse, delivery, restaurant, dealership, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on environments.
• Willingness to learn detailing techniques and work independently.
• Reliable, responsible with the ability to follow training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Learn detailing techniques through paid training and apply them to customers' vehicles.
• Work with customers to understand needs and deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment; operate with a company vehicle and supplies.

You already know how to work. We can teach you how to detail.

If you’ve worked in a trade, warehouse, delivery, restaurant, dealership, landscaping, construction, customer service, or another hands-on environment, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

On The Spot is built for people who can take responsibility for their work without needing someone standing over their shoulder all day.

We provide the training, customers, schedule, vehicle, equipment, products, and support. Once you're trained, we trust you to deliver the result.
