Job summary

On The Spot Mobile Detailing is seeking experienced detailing technicians for independent field work in Maryland. We provide customers, schedule, a company vehicle, equipment, products, and OTS standards; you provide workmanship and customer experience.

You’ll operate with autonomy, learning how we run while leveraging the experience you bring. Year-round employment with health and dental benefits and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional detailing services and exceptional customer experience.
• Adhere to On The Spot standards and use provided equipment and products.
• Manage your schedule and travel to client locations.
• Maintain vehicle condition and equipment readiness.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after service.
• Represent the company professionally on-site and in the field.
• Take ownership and escalate support when needed.

At On The Spot, experienced technicians aren't hired so someone can stand over their shoulder all day. We provide the customers, schedule, company vehicle, equipment, products, and OTS standards. You provide the workmanship and customer experience.

You'll learn how we operate, but we respect the experience you already bring.
