Job summary

On The Spot Mobile Detailing is seeking experienced technicians for independent field work in Maryland. You bring the workmanship and customer experience; we supply the customers, schedule, company vehicle, equipment, and OTS standards.

You’ll operate with professional autonomy, earn $22–$25 per hour, and enjoy benefits including health and dental coverage and paid time off as you consistently deliver top-quality detailing.

Qualifications

• Consistently producing professional results.
• Taking care of the vehicle.
• Arriving on time and prepared.
• Communicating professionally with customers.
• Taking ownership of your van and equipment.
• Knowing when you need support and asking for it.
• Representing OTS well when you're working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide workmanship and customer experience at the job site.
• We provide customers, schedule, company vehicle, equipment, and standards; you perform the detailing.
• Maintain the vehicle and equipment in good condition and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
