Job summary

On The Spot Mobile Detailing is hiring in Maryland for entry-level detailers. You will receive paid training, a company vehicle, tools, equipment and products, plus year-round work and health and dental benefits.

You don’t need prior detailing experience—if you’ve worked in a trade or hands-on environment, you may already have many of the skills we look for. Expect independence, hands-on work, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior detailing experience required; candidates with hands-on trade or service background may excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on detailing work with provided training.
• Work independently with supervision as needed.

$20–$22/hour | We Teach the Detailing | Benefits | PTO.

You already know how to work. We can teach you how to detail.

If you’ve worked in a trade, warehouse, delivery, restaurant, dealership, landscaping, construction, customer service, or another hands-on environment, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

On The Spot is built for people who can take responsibility for their work without needing someone standing over their shoulder all day.
