Job summary

Dent Wizard seeks an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our nationwide automotive reconditioning team. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and substantial long-term growth, at first year earnings of $50,000–$75,000.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations to perform paint touch-ups and repairs, prepping surfaces, and delivering high-quality results with leading equipment and trusted techniques.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
