Dent Wizard is seeking an Auto Body Paint Technician with 5+ years of hands-on collision repair experience to work across partner locations and customer sites. You will apply advanced paint techniques, prep surfaces, and deliver high-quality results.

The role offers 100% commission with uncapped earning potential and a starting compensation range from $50,000 to $150,000 per year, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Travel will be required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
