Job summary

Chicago ENT is seeking an Audiologist to diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate patients with hearing issues. You will collaborate with otolaryngology physicians and external referring doctors, administer tests, and interpret results to guide care.

The role includes participating in marketing and administrative initiatives and requires Illinois licensure and CCC-A for supervising externs. The position is primarily at the Resurrection location and entails maintaining equipment, providing earmold

Qualifications

• Au.D. or Master’s degree in Audiology required.
• CCC-A certification required if supervising externs.
• Strong organizational, communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Minimum of one year of clinical audiology experience preferred (will consider recent graduate).
• Team player who follows work rules and accepts feedback.
• Proficiency with PC-based software and fast, accurate keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients, supporting internal and external physicians.
• Schedule, administer, and interpret tests (air/bone conduction, speech tests).
• Evaluate results with medical/educational information and refer to physician as needed.
• Schedule and interpret electrophysiological tests including OAE.
• Maintain and calibrate audiological equipment; manage supplies.
• Assist in development of marketing strategies to promote growth of the practice.
• Ensure licensure compliance with 20 CEU hours every 2 years.
• No supervisory responsibilities and support outpatient audiology services.
