Job summary

Hyspeco, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assembly 1 associate to build tubing and hose sub-assemblies and follow customer specifications.

You will use CNC benders, parflanges, deburring tools, rotary saws, hose crimpers, tape measures, and other hand tools, while documenting conformity and complying with ISO 9001:2015.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a commitment to high-quality products; compensation is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for quality control.
• Ability to follow build instructions and testing reports.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency with measuring tape.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per specifications and route operations.
• Operate tools including CNC benders, parflanges, deburring tools, rotary saws, hose crimpers, tape measures.
• Document product conformity by following build instructions and testing reports.
• Notify lead or supervisor about defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area and equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines as needed.
• Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
