Job summary

Gameday Social Apparel is expanding its Independent Sales Representative program to cover multiple territories and retail segments, driving sales growth and securing new accounts.

This role blends entrepreneurial independence with collaboration across our sales, operations, and compliance teams to maintain brand integrity while representing the company at trade shows and in-market meetings. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B apparel or consumer goods sales experience.
• Proven success in developing and managing retail buyer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed; independent and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Territory development, management and growth of defined regions or segments.
• Prospect and secure new retail partnerships; expand in existing accounts.
• Represent Gameday Social at trade shows, markets and buyer appointments.
• Develop deep relationships with key buyers, store owners, and showroom teams.
• Manage order submissions and CRM data; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Provide weekly/monthly territory recaps and market feedback.
