Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking a Commercial Excellence Coordinator to support independent agents across the region by ensuring inventory is available when needed and coordinating with internal teams to minimize friction. This role operates in an agent-led sales model with no direct customer-facing duties.

The position requires collaboration with the US Commercial Excellence Lead, maintaining policy compliance, and providing weekend/on-call coverage as needed. Hourly pay is provided as listed.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support independent agents across the region in maintaining the inventory levels needed to successfully fulfill cases and generate revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively work to resolve, and supply updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, distribution, planning, etc.) to ensure timely and complete delivery of products to independent agents.
• Support order processing, shipment tracking, and resolution of inventory-related issues to enable agents to operate efficiently.
• Assist Commercial Excellence Lead with order-related requests, including order entry, corrections, and expedites, while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to optimize inventory availability and support overall commercial excellence initiatives.
• Weekend and on call coverage
