Job summary

Highridge Medical LLC is seeking a Commercial Excellence Coordinator to support our US network of independent agents. You will help ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to enable agents to fulfill cases and generate revenue.

The role acts as a behind-the-scenes commercial enabler, coordinating across internal functions—supply chain, distribution, planning—to reduce friction and keep agents focused on revenue generation while staying compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating inventory across internal departments.
• Ability to simplify processes and reduce friction for agents.
• Strong attention to detail and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support independent agents regionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain, distribution and planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Support order processing, shipment tracking, and expedite requests.
• Maintain compliance and optimize inventory availability to enable revenue generation.
• Provide timely updates and assist with ongoing inventory-related requests.
