Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Active Virginia CNA, NA, or PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support based on each person’s Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Assist individuals in developing daily living, communication, and social skills.
• Lead and participate in community outings and recreational activities.
