• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Strong communication and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to achieve personal goals in community and day-program settings.
• Plan meaningful activities based on interests.
• Teach independent living, communication, safety, and social skills.
• Provide transportation and hands-on assistance when needed.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and report safety concerns.
