Kindly Direct Care in Morristown, NJ is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 23-year-old man with a mild intellectual disability. The role emphasizes active, community-focused assistance, safety, and respectful, patient companionship.

You will help with daily routines, transportation on shift is required, and you will document services and communicate with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Experience preferred.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

We’re looking for a laid-back, dependable DSP to support a 23-year-old guy with a mild intellectual disability. He is very active and enjoys hiking, shopping, and spending time in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, exploring the outdoors, and helping with everyday responsibilities such as staying on top of schoolwork, time management, and keeping his apartment clean. The ideal fit is someone with a calm, easygoing personality who enjoys being active and providing supportive supervision!

What You’ll Do
