Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one, part-time assignment in Morris County. This role supports a 23-year-old individual with a mild intellectual disability, with activities including community outings, schoolwork, and daily living tasks.

You’ll work eight hours per week on a flexible schedule, earn $19–$22 per hour, and must be comfortable with driving on shifts. Onboarding, background checks, and training are required to start.

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a laid-back, dependable DSP to support a 23-year-old guy with a mild intellectual disability. He is very active and enjoys hiking, shopping, and spending time in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, exploring the outdoors, and helping with everyday responsibilities such as staying on top of schoolwork, time management, and keeping his apartment clean. The ideal fit is someone with a calm, easygoing personality who enjoys being active and providing supportive supervision!
