Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ND Driver's License and auto insurance are required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Attends program training with the QIDP and accurately implements all OSP/PCSP programs, learning objectives, and supports.
• Documents in an accurate and timely manner in all applicable records, charts and files of people supported.
• Supports people to be active in their community and maintains a valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
