Description
Join Menzies Aviation, a leading fueling company, as a Part Time Passenger Service Agent!
- $18/hr
- Part-time schedule up to 24 hrs/week
- Must have open availability, including weekends
- Flight benefits with Alaska Airlines

- Must be able to travel to Seattle, Washington for 9 days of training if selected for Alaska Airlines
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims, and other airport passenger issues
- Interpret identification labels and baggage/cargo routing tags
- Operate self-service kiosks
- Maintain organized work areas
- Provide positive assistance to passengers
- Ensure safe and secure operations
- Lift/move cargo and baggage up to 70 lbs
- Perform bending, stretching, pushing & pulling
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Stand for long periods at ticket counters and check-in areas
- Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
- Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
