• Must have open availability, including weekends

• Travel to Seattle, WA for 9 days of training if selected
• Shift: 3:30am-7:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate info, baggage claims, and passenger issues
• Interpret identification labels and baggage routing tags
• Operate self-service kiosks
• Maintain organized work areas
• Provide positive customer assistance
• Ensure safe and secure operations
• Lift/move cargo and baggage up to 70lbs
• Perform bending, stretching, pushing, pulling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Comfortable lifting 70lbs
• Able to stand long hours at check-in areas
• Pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
• Flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Quick learner, able to understand and follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, able to build relationships
