Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational elements of Arrowhead Center's business incubator programs to expand participation among small business owners across New Mexico.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational content, manage client data, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain client relationships.
• Plan and organize training and outreach events, execute marketing campaigns, mentor clients seeking business resources, and perform miscellaneous tasks.
