Job summary

The Center of Innovation (COI) is seeking a Program Manager Senior to oversee program and training evaluation for Family Peer, Youth Peer, Foster Care Connect and related programs. This role serves as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders and provides strategic analysis to support ongoing improvement.

Location is remote with offsite base within New Mexico. Typical schedule is M-F, 8-5, and the appointment is full-time with annual commensurate pay based on qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.
  • Equivalent Qualifications:
  • Preferred Qualifications: Background in child welfare, behavioral health and related systems.
  • Special Certification/Licensure: Certified Family Peer Support Worker in New Mexico

The COI provides training and program implementation support throughout New Mexico to strengthen and expand the behavioral health and other child and family-serving systems in New Mexico.
