Responsible for developing and executing operational elements of Arrowhead Centers business incubator programs to expand program participation to small business owners across New Mexico. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational content, manage client databased, develop recruitment strategies, maintain client relationships and communication, plan and organize training and outreach events, execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, mentor clients seeking business resource assistance, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education- Bachelor's Degree In a Related Field.
Preferred Experience- One (1) year of professional experience related to the job duties and responsibilities as outlined.
Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
