Job summary

Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, seeks a Laboratory Research Operations Analyst for the Pelotonia Research Center incubator lab space. You will manage day-to-day operations, safety, and compliance for a shared lab used by startups, researchers, and external partners.

You will oversee equipment use, user training, troubleshooting, and coordinate purchasing, inventory, vendors, and planning, partnering with ERIK and related units to sustain a safe, compliant, service-oriented lab ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of relevant experience in a BSL-2 or higher lab.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, compliance in a shared incubator lab.
• Train users, coordinate equipment use, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Support purchasing, inventory, vendor coordination, and planning.
