Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting a Project Manager (Incubator Brands) to lead a portfolio of Innovation and Life Cycle Management projects from concept through launch and post-implementation. You will serve as the connective operational link between cross-functional teams, driving alignment, managing risks, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8–10 years of related experience in PM, engineering, R&D, sales, planning, finance, marketing or operations.
At least 2 years of formal Project Management experience.
Ability to work independently without direct line management authority.
Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of Innovation (NPD) or Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects, delivering on-time within budget and in compliance with governance.
Build project plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets; define scope and business case with partners.
Lead cross-functional teams from project onset through post-implementation or launch.
Develop and implement project charters, metrics, risk plans and governance updates.
Prepare and present updates and stage-gate reviews at Governance forums.
