- Own a portfolio of 4 to 7 incubations end to end within your segment.
- Continuously prioritize the portfolio, deciding in real time which bets to advance, pause or drop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move incubations faster and scale.
- Keep customer at the center of every incubation, testing real problems with real customers.
- Translate customer signals into decisions: what to build next and what to test.
