Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting an End to End Project Manager for the RAMET region, based in Istanbul with hybrid work. The role leads New Product Innovation, product modifications, and lifecycle initiatives across RAMET, coordinating Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and business alignment.

Reporting to the RAMET IBP lead, you will drive governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio oversight,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and product deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of innovation and commercialization projects.
• Ensure operational readiness across functions and supply chain before launches.
• Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, deployment schedules, and factory readiness.
• Develop governance, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
• Embed lifecycle initiatives into the IBP process for growth and readiness.
