Job summary

Maleda Tech is building a new business incubations team and seeks a Business Operations Contractor to rapidly ideate, prioritize, and test new concepts in lean environments. You will conduct fieldwork, validate ideas, and support live tests from concept to execution.

You will travel to partner sites and on-site tests, coordinating logistics, drafting quick analyses, and providing hands-on support to move ideas to the next stage.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience with a track record of scrappy, fast-moving execution.
• Experience running customer-facing, financially driven initiatives rather than internal functions.
• Independent operator who still rolls up sleeves and gets hands dirty, not a large-team manager.
• Basic financial modeling and business-case development to test ideas' numbers.
• A bias-to-action mindset, preferring rough tests this week over perfect ones next quarter.
• Clear, fast writing skills to capture learnings quickly so others can act.

Responsibilities

• Own logistics to turn a concept into a live test, including sourcing partners and scheduling.
• Show up in person where tests happen and perform hands-on work to validate ideas.
• Cold-call potential partners and meet with customers on the ground; travel as tests require.
• Track multiple projects, manage dates and blockers, and keep momentum.
• Build basic financial models and business cases to pressure-test ideas.
• Document customer conversations and pilot results clearly for quick decisions on scaling.
• Execute independently while receiving guidance from the team lead.
