Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a senior leader to own a portfolio of incubations from idea to validation, guiding ventures that blend AI, software-defined infrastructure, and outcomes-based contracts. You will balance technical curiosity with business discipline, always centering customer value and data-driven decisions.

Leverage cross-functional teams across prototyping, design, strategy, and governance to move bets toward scale, while maintaining rapid learning cycles and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Full professional English required; French an asset.
• Regular travel for customer engagement.
• 7-10 years of experience in the segment’s domain (Cloud & Service Providers, Power & Grid, Buildings, or Industries).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4 to 7 incubations end to end within your segment, from idea to league handshake.
• Continuously prioritize the portfolio and decide in real time which bets to advance, pause or drop.
• Juggle multiple incubations concurrently at different stages, without losing momentum.
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine love of technology to every bet, staying close to tools, data and architecture.
• Keep the customer at the center of every incubation, testing real problems with real customers.
