Job summary

Schneider Electric’s Services Incubation Hub seeks a seasoned leader to own end-to-end incubations, from ideation through customer validation to scale. You will balance technical curiosity with business discipline, staying close to data, tools, and architecture behind each incubation.

Expect working with AI native approaches and cross-functional teams to deliver validated bets. You will manage multiple bets across Cloud, power, buildings, and industries, prioritizing in real time and maintaining

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in the segment’s domain (Cloud & Service Providers, Power & Grid, Buildings, or Industries), with commercial and technical exposure.
• Full professional English; French an asset.
• Regular travel for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own 4 to 7 incubations end to end within your segment, from idea to validation to league handshake.
• Prioritize portfolio in real time, advancing, pausing or dropping bets as needed.
• Manage multiple incubations concurrently without losing momentum.
• Lead customer-centric validation and translate signals into decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move incubations faster and scale.
