Covista in Chicago, IL seeks an Innovation & AI Product Incubation Lead to turn strategic opportunities into validated AI solutions through discovery, prototyping, and pilot execution. You will own end-to-end incubation, from user research to transition into Product Engineering, collaborating with UX, architecture, and engineering.

This role demands leading cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving, and a track record of delivering MVPs and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
10+ years professional experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Experience leading Innovation & AI products.
Track record of leading successful teams that generate revenue growth and develop campaigns.
Excellent problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery-to-prototype processes to assess ideas quickly.
Define product hypotheses and MVP scope; validate desirability, feasibility, and viability.
Coordinate with UX, architecture, and engineering to ensure delivery.
Manage pilots and transition readiness to Product Engineering.
Drive iterative learning and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
