Ideal candidates hold Yoga Alliance RYT-200, have teaching experience, and maintain strong communication. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with a focus on creating a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance RYT-200 or equivalent).
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and wellness principles.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Body Pump and sound healer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead yoga classes for individuals and groups.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper poses, breathing techniques, and movements.
• Modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and health considerations.
• Monitor participants during classes to ensure safety and correct form.
• Foster a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of current yoga practices, wellness trends, and safety standards.
• Ensure the studio or class space is clean, organized, and ready for use.
