Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in specialty retail with prior leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of specialty retail experience.
• Prior management experience (specialty retail preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including operation of store systems.

Responsibilities
