Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to execute daily action plans.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales with store leaders.
• Assist with onboarding new associates and manage tasks to optimize payroll and operations.
