Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Store Manager for our Rehoboth Beach location. You will lead a team to achieve sales and KPI goals, recruit and develop talent, and maintain a welcoming, fashion-forward store environment.

You’ll oversee operations, merchandising, scheduling, and communicate with district leadership. 1–2 years of specialty apparel retail management and a high school diploma are required; college degree is a plus. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Fashion-forward mindset with adaptability to trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead operations: policies, shrink prevention, payroll, reporting, scheduling.
• Recruit, develop and train top talent focused on sales and customer service.
• Set The Torrid Connection example to drive loyal customer experiences.
• Implement merchandising strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ.
