Job summary

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a Recreation Specialist (TR-Inclusion) to facilitate participation of individuals with disabilities in community recreation programs. Based at Centennial II, you will work with the Human Resources Department and center staff to promote inclusive participation and safety in activities.

The role requires experience with disability-inclusive practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise participant safety in group settings.

Qualifications

• Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Curriculum and training design, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups.
• Strategies to include individuals with disabilities in a group setting.
