Zusammenfassung

Endeavor Schools seeks an Inclusive Practice Specialist to strengthen inclusive practices across our network of California-based schools. The role partners with educators, School Leaders, and our Academic team to provide training, coaching, resources, and hands-on support for children who may face barriers to successful participation in the classroom.

This hybrid role covers the Western region with three onsite days and two remote days, travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is required.
• Experience training or coaching educators or school leaders.
• Experience in early childhood, special, inclusive education, or related field.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and PBIS/Conscious Discipline.
• Ability to travel regionally to schools as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide engaging training and coaching for educators on inclusive classroom practices and related frameworks.
• Observe classrooms in person and virtually, offering practical strategies to staff.
• Partner with School Leaders to support children with diverse developmental, behavioral, and learning needs.
• Develop resources for School Leaders and families on Early Intervention, Child Find, screenings, and related services.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on inclusive education and help implement developmentally appropriate practices across schools.
• Stay current on research and best practices in early childhood and inclusive education.
• Track training initiatives and support assessment implementation and reporting.
• Collaborate across Academic, Operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition on Endeavor initiatives.
• Support school visits, professional development planning, and inclusive education grant opportunities as needed.
