Job summary

Great Minds in the Western US is seeking a part-time PD Associate to support adoption and effective implementation of our curriculum through on-site coaching and professional development. The role centers on delivering high-quality PD and coaching to districts and schools, with occasional travel to regional sites.

You will work with educators to promote the adoption of Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and related curricula, collaborating with a regional Implementation Services team to ensure outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years teaching or coaching, with 1 year PD delivery.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (Wit & Wisdom or Eureka Math).
• Strong alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise to provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Engage in cycles of internal training to develop or deepen expertise in new professional services offerings, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong, supportive Great Minds culture with trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
