Qualifikationen

• One to two years of experience with children with special needs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred, strong communication and teamwork expected.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently within school teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist children to and from bus at arrival/departure as needed.
• Provide personal care services to support activities of daily living and toileting.
• Prepare and operate instructional materials and equipment under teacher/therapist direction.
• Maintain attendance records and protect student confidentiality.
• Assist with feeding and supervision in cafeteria; support use of assistive tech and devices.
• Participate in IEP conferences and parent/teacher conferences as requested.
• Follow IEPs and behavioral plans under supervision; support teachers during instruction and field trips.
