You will collaborate with HR and legal teams to resolve escalations, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience while protecting privacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LOA, return-to-work, accommodations, and disability programs.
• Experience with accommodations and related regulations.
• Excellent communication with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOA, accommodations, and disability program support within benefits.
• Manage LOA administration, escalations, and vendor coordination.
• Interact with employees, managers, and vendors to answer inquiries.
• Support return-to-work processes and extended medical leaves.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal leave laws.
