Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Three years of experience in an academic setting working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instructional support to students throughout the semester.
• Help students participate in discussions, assignments, and assessments.
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum adaptations and program modifications.
• Develop enrichment activities and supplemental instruction.
• Document services in student records and maintain files per audit requirements.
• Support recruitment and retention of grant-program participants.
• Maintain instructional resources and references for student use.
