Job summary

United Community Options of South Florida, located in Miami Gardens, is seeking a compassionate Teacher's Assistant (Achievement Specialist). In this full-time role, you will assist students with developmental disabilities, provide classroom support, and foster a positive learning environment. You will work Monday through Friday and help create opportunities for children to learn and thrive.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Experience in a classroom or childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom instruction and learning activities.
• Support recreational activities and community-based learning.
• Observe and report changes in student behavior or health.
