Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience assisting special needs individuals preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI fingerprint background check.
• Satisfactorily complete physical and TB screenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective job coaching services for persons served.
• Provide feedback to Case Manager on client progress.
• Transport clients and staff to job sites.
• Deliver individualized job coaching based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality, records, and required documentation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
