Qualifications

• Minimum age 19 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; training provided for success.
• ACRE Supported Employment Training provided within first year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered career profiles to identify strengths and goals.
• Help individuals develop workplace readiness skills (communication, professionalism, time management, self-advocacy).
• Develop relationships with local employers to identify opportunities.
• Match job seekers with positions aligned to abilities and goals.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring and educate employers on benefits.
