Job summary

Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. seeks Community Integration Professionals to empower individuals in a Supported Employment setting.

You will collaborate with care teams to help people discover meaningful work aligned with their skills and goals, providing coaching, transportation support, and community integration services. Responsibilities include teaching employment skills, advocating for choice, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate well with team and individuals served.
• Willingness to learn in a caregiving environment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support based on individual goals to help obtain and maintain employment.
• Advocate for individual self-determination while ensuring safety.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in Setworks as required.
• Assist with job development, interviews, coaching, and employer communication.
• Coordinate transportation to job sites and collaborate with families and partners.
