Job summary

Redhead Supports is seeking an Employment Specialist to train individuals with disabilities in a workplace setting and help place clients in competitive, integrated jobs. The role emphasizes teaching employer-specific tasks, promoting inclusion, and maintaining high-quality worksite standards.

You will document compliance, report to the Administrative Manager, and assist clients with applications and resumes, while building strong relationships with community employers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience serving individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training on employer-specific tasks and professional behavior.
• Promote inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
• Maintain quality standards and document compliance per employer specifications.
• Document and report compliance; maintain regular contact with the Administrative Manager.
• Achieve job placement for at least one client per month; provide weekly updates to clients.
• Assist individuals with applications and resume building; build relationships with employers.
• Participate in trainings offered by WEAVE Solutions, Vocational Rehab, Veterans Affairs, and others.
• Other program-related duties as assigned by the Administrative Manager.
